Mobile Patrols
Our patrol officers can conduct random night and day patrols in accordance with your requirements. These patrols normally include a physical walk around each building on the premises and a check of all windows and doors to ensure they are secure. Any unauthorised persons found on the premises outside regular hours will be challenged for identification. Any issues of a security nature are acted upon and reported to the appropriate authorities and nominated after hours contact personnel.
Patrol officers are provided with a Client Site Brief detailing your specific security requirements, after hours contact names and numbers and keys and site maps if necessary. We also provide ID cards and can leave calling cards if required.
Officers complete Log Sheets to record attendances and any irregularities. This information is available upon request. The locking and unlocking of premises can also be carried out at specified times by patrol officers.

Banking Services/Cash Escorts
Our cash escort duties involve the efficient collection and subsequent delivery of cash or valuables as required. We place top priority on accountability and the safe transfer of cash or valuables. Escorts can also be provided as a physical security presence to accompany staff carrying cash or valuables. Guards providing these services must adhere to strict operating procedures that conform to Cash in Transit insurance policy requirements. All transfers are insured for a base amount of $150,000. Additional fees are incurred for larger amounts escorted.
Static Guards/Crowd Control
Static guards can be supplied to assist with crowd control for a specific occasion, events or function, of various sizes. Our guards can be assigned to stay on site at all times to ensure the safety of all parties present, as well as perform identity and alcohol checks if necessary.
Alarm Responses
Patrol officers can respond to alarm activation as directed by nominated Monitoring Companies. Alarm response information (location of alarm, key and code) is supplied to patrol officers and kept with them at all times to facilitate a timely response. An Alarm Response Docket is left at your premises each time an alarm activation is attended to.
Drug and Alcohol Testing
The abuse of drugs and alcohol is an occupational health and safety issue in the workplace and can result in absenteeism, sick leave and compensation claims. CFT Security employs several fully qualified officers who are equipped to carry out drug and alcohol screening at any workplace.
First Line Response
Specially trained security officers will respond promptly to maintenance, alarms and guarding calls for Automatic Teller Machines in the district, as directed by nominated Monitoring Companies. Security guards will only enter the premises following strict protocols to repair or maintain machines and, if required, will report faults for a second line response team. Our security officers always provide prompt, professional and efficient service.
